Recruitment & Selection Clinic: focus on technical roles
Make your application the best it can be! A selection of employers will be on campus to provide insights and advice on their recruitment processes and what they look for in a successful candidate. Students can drop-in anytime between 5-7 pm to get advice on placement and graduate applications and meet organisations with opportunities for 2018! You don’t need to have applied to one of the organisations attending, bring your CV or any applications you’re currently working on and get feedback and advice from real recruiters on what they look for and how to stand out!

This is an opportunity to receive advice on the best methods and techniques to use when completing Rolls-Royce’s graduate and intern schemes online assessments and will include a summary of the different tests and some example/demo questions. In addition you will also get advice on what Rolls-Royce look for in candidates for the internship and graduate schemes at their assessment centres, a brief overview of what to expect on the day and some hints and tips of how best to present yourselves.
