This will be an interactive session on how you can use your experience, no matter what discipline, to sell yourself most effectively. As a Senior Staffing Associate, the representative from The Challenge recruits staff through applications, interviews and large, high pressured group assessment settings, so they will be providing a recruiters insight in how to give yourself the best chance of securing the a job that suits you.  The Challenge is a social integration charity and is a provider of the National Citizen Service (NCS) which runs nationwide in the summer and autumn holidays.
