Did you know that we’re always adding projects to Sheffield Volunteering? So even if you haven’t seen a project that takes your fancy, keep taking a look at the webpages to see what’s coming up;

Action Tutoring: English or Maths Volunteer Tutors

Action Tutoring are looking to recruit volunteers to help young people facing socio-economic disadvantage achieve meaningful levels of academic attainment. Action Tutoring partner volunteer tutors with GCSE pupils to increase their knowledge, confidence & skills.

Volunteers will be responsible for tutoring a selection of pupils, along
with the support of Action Tutoring, in either English or Maths.

Gifts for Kids

We are still looking for items to be given to young boys and girls between the ages of 0 – 8 staying in local women’s refuge centres.
Some ideas for items are:
Toys: such as stuffed toys, small puzzles, colouring books and pens.
Clothes: children’s hat, scarfs and children’s gloves.

Please take any donations to the Volunteering Office
We’re open 10am – 5pm, Monday – Friday
